What is a Timeshare?
Purchasing a timeshare gives you the right to stay at your resort for a specific period of time, often one week per year. With some resorts, you receive a deed for your ownership in the property. Other resorts offer you the right to use the property over a limited period of years. All of the resorts that ACC represents give you not only a deed, but also title insurance. You also own your share of the property forever; you can even leave it for your heirs. Other benefits vary from resort to resort. Some allow you to use their facilities on a daily basis as you would with a country club. Others invite you to participate in their owner activities that are offered year round.
What is "Exchanging"?

Here's how it works. You "deposit" your week into a "space bank". Then you choose where you'd like to stay and you request an "Exchange".
